RehabSearch updates content when we identify a factual issue, a materially outdated claim, or a broken care-navigation detail that could mislead readers.

How to Report an Issue

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the statement in question, and any supporting source or documentation.

How We Handle Reports

  • We review the challenged statement against cited or primary sources.
  • We update or clarify the page when the report is substantiated.
  • We may revise publish/update metadata when a substantive correction is made.
