SOBA Mesa

SOBA Mesa serves Mesa, Arizona with a recovery residence with attention to alcohol use disorder, co-occurring mental health concerns, and benzodiazepine use. Clients may work through individual counseling, mindfulness practices, and art therapy while the program stays grounded in an evidence-based framework, a holistic lens, and 12-step principles. That combination, along with Joint Commission accreditation and follow-up support through support meetings and alumni events & get-togethers, gives the facility a more grounded and individualized feel.
