Extended Wellness

Extended Wellness serves Vidalia, Georgia with outpatient addiction treatment with attention to drug addiction, opioid use disorder, and heroin use. Core services may include group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy. With CARF accreditation and follow-up support through outpatient treatment and employment counseling, the program is positioned to support people who need more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
