Hope Harbor Wellness

Hope Harbor Wellness is a program in Hiram, Georgia focused on outpatient addiction treatment for LGBTQ+ clients facing alcohol use disorder, co-occurring mental health concerns, and drug addiction. Treatment can include individual counseling, mindfulness practices, and mindfulness therapy, supported by an evidence-based framework, a holistic lens, and individualized planning. With experience dating back to 2020 and follow-up support through support meetings and alumni events & get-togethers, the program is positioned to support people who need more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
