Pillars Community Health

Located in Hickory Hills, Illinois, Pillars Community Health provides structured outpatient support with attention to co-occurring mental health concerns, mental health needs, and depression. The care model draws on group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy and is guided by 12-step principles. With CARF accreditation, care available in English and Spanish, and follow-up support through outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient care, the program is positioned to support people who need more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
