Based in Saco, Maine, Sweetser Affiliate brings outpatient addiction treatment to the local recovery landscape for older adults facing co-occurring mental health concerns, drug addiction, and chronic relapse. Care often centers on individual counseling, family therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. With CARF accreditation and follow-up support through outpatient treatment and recovery coach, the program is positioned to support people who need more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
