Health Releaf

Located in Edgewater, Maryland, Health Releaf provides an outpatient recovery program for veterans and older adults facing co-occurring mental health concerns, drug addiction, and mental health needs. The program leans on individual counseling, family therapy, and relapse-prevention planning to help clients build momentum in recovery.
