Harlem East Life Plan (HELP) Outpatient Clinic

Based in New York, New York, Harlem East Life Plan (HELP) Outpatient Clinic brings outpatient addiction treatment to the local recovery landscape with attention to benzodiazepine use, anxiety symptoms, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Core services may include group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy. With CARF accreditation, care available in Chinese and English, and follow-up support through outpatient treatment and support meetings, the program is positioned to support people who need more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
