Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alc

Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alc is a program in Vinita, Oklahoma focused on flexible outpatient care for people at different life stages facing co-occurring mental health concerns, drug addiction, and trauma-related symptoms.
