Steps Recovery Centers serves Payson, Utah with structured residential care for young adults facing alcohol use disorder, anxiety symptoms, and co-occurring mental health concerns. The care model draws on mindfulness therapy, adventure-based therapy, and art therapy and is guided by an evidence-based framework, a holistic lens, and individualized planning.
