YFA Connections

Located in Spokane, Washington, YFA Connections provides structured outpatient support with attention to co-occurring mental health concerns, mental health needs, and depression. The care model draws on group therapy, individual counseling, and family therapy and is guided by 12-step principles. That combination, along with CARF accreditation and follow-up support through outpatient treatment and support meetings, gives the facility a more grounded and individualized feel.
